SHIPPING POLICIES
Each item has been assigned a shipping charge for each method of shipment. Rates are based on the size, weight and value of each item, as well as the amount of labor required to prepare the item for shipping.
For standard shipping directly from Gallery Judaica, orders will be delivered via UPS 5-Day Ground or FedEx Ground.
Three-day, two-day and overnight delivery directly from Gallery Judaica will be shipped via UPS Air or FedEx Air services.
Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped UPS 2nd Day Air or FedEx only.
Orders are often shipped directly from the artist. In these cases, orders may be shipped using delivery companies other than those listed above.
We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Contact us to discuss shipping an item to an address outside of the United States. An international purchase will need to take place over the phone, as our website does not provide an international shipping option. In addition to the shipping price we quote, additional import taxes, customs duties and fees may apply once the merchandise arrives in the destination country. The recipient is responsible for payment of any import taxes, customs duties and fees. Gallery Judaica has no control over these additional amounts and cannot provide a prediction of what they may be. For additional information, you can contact your local customs office. If customs clearance issues do arise, your package may be delayed longer than the estimated time of arrival that we provide.
DELIVERY TIME
Most items, other than personalized ketubahs, are shipped in 1-3 business days.
Items that are not in stock usually ship in 10-15 business days.
If it will take longer than 15 business days to ship, we will contact you to let you know.
Some items, especially those manufactured
outside of the United States, may take some time to deliver. In
most cases, we have labeled these items as such.
We will notify you if an item is not available.
