MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
At GalleryJudaica.com, we strive for customer satisfaction and we want to assure you that all of our products adhere to a high standard. When you buy at GalleryJudaica.com, you get quality and value at the right price. That is why we offer a full-satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund. This offer excludes Ketubah purchases, which are not refundable.
If you are not satisfied with an item you have received from us,
it must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Contact us before returning the item.
Returns must
be in original carton and be in new condition.
Refund does not include shipping charges.
Refund can be given to original purchaser only. Store credit or exchange is offered in all other cases.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE must be reported within 15 days of receipt. When merchandise is
discovered damaged after opening, call Gallery Judaica immediately to
report damage. Keep original carton and all packing
materials.
GALLERY JUDAICA PRICE-MATCH GUARANTEE
How does the Gallery Judaica price–match guarantee work?
If you find a lower price anywhere else on a new identical item, just show us the lower price when you buy the item at Gallery Judaica and we will match the price.
Which items does Gallery Judaica price match?
Almost everything we sell. The item must be identical, including model number. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price.
Which items and services aren’t available for price match?
We don’t match our in-store prices to those on other companies’ Web sites. We don’t price match taxes and typographical errors.
How do Gallery Judaica special offers contribute to the price?
When calculating a price match, we’ll deduct any available Gallery Judaica special-offer discounts from the Gallery Judaica price to arrive at a net price. For example, if you buy an item from us for $100 and we offer a $20 discount, the net price is $80. If another company’s price is $80 or more, we will not match the price. Another example: if you buy an item from us for $159 and we offer a $30 discount, the net price is $129.
What are the exceptions to your price-match policy?
We do not price match on sterling silver items. We do not price match on items for which the distributor has prohibited us from doing so.

MEZUZAH PARCHMENTS
Our mezuzah parchments are individually
hand-scribed in Israel. If you are concerned, however, about
absolute precision of each letter on the parchment and kosher
parchment certification, we recommend you contact your rabbi to inquire about a source for certified-kosher parchments.
ITEM VARIABILITY
Items may vary
slightly as compared to the images on this website - especially those
that are handmade.
PRICING
Items may occasionally be priced incorrectly on our site. If we
receive an order based on such an error, we reserve the right to charge
you the difference in cost, once we have confirmed with you your
continued interest in purchasing the item.
SALES TAX AND CURRENCY
Orders received by Gallery Judaica for delivery within the state of California will be
subject to sales tax.

PERSONALIZED KETUBAH POLICIES
Please remember that the signed worksheet you send to us contains the
exact information that will appear on your ketubah. Gallery
Judaica is not responsible for errors on your worksheet. We
highly recommend you work with a rabbi to ensure the accuracy of the
information you give us.
Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery of your personalized
ketubah. In order for us to begin the process of personalizing
your ketubah, your credit card will be charged at the time you place
your order.
